Get Vectrex Studio

The desktop IDE: VPy language, compiler, emulator and debugger, and asset editors.

The starter kit: the SDK, a minimal game to copy, demos for 3D, physics and effects, and a complete arcade port. Runs on the Vectrex Studio Debug Cart and the UVMC2; PiTrex support is coming.

Clone with --recursive: the SDK is a git submodule, so GitHub's "Download ZIP" leaves it out. setup.sh checks the tools and fetches the pico-sdk.
